Would claiming financial hardship to get unfair bank charges refunded quicker effect my credit score?

I have been overdrawn for some time and am claiming back unfair bank charges and just wondering if I claimed financial hardship to get my application through quicker if it would effect my credit rating at all.

1. no -- what happens at the bank does not get reported to the credit score (except bank loans)!!!!
