Would claiming financial hardship to get bank charges refunded quicker effect my credit score?

I have been overdrawn for some time and am claiming back unfair bank charges and just wondering if I claimed financial hardship to get my application through quicker if it would effect my credit rating at all. Thank you, I like your answer its a very nice and informative one.

1. If you have been overdrawn for some time then I don't think that you have any unfair bank charges. They maybe nice and wave some, but then they usually put wording into your account so that if you get charged for the same thing they will not refund your fees again. The best thing to do is not overdraw your account in the first place by keeping a hard register of your account instead of just looking at the online balance which may not be correct if you have outstanding checks or other charges.
